I tried the search properties API using an address for which a profile already exists. But the API is not returning any results (i.e. says no properties found matching the address). Any idea why?

We are expecting a demo later today. 1/5/2022. Has Betterview had any experience with integrating or supplying data and/or images for ingestion into the Hyland OnBase archival software? If so, do you have a company reference to whom we could talk?
